REL has the in-house technical skills and capabilities to repair, refurbish or upgrade most computer-based products. If you have a number of product returns you don’t have the time or expertise to deal with or if your equipment has a variety of different faults/missing parts – then we can help. Either deliver your equipment to us, or we will collect it. We will then inspect and assess it (including conducting a No Fault Found Test) and refurbish your equipment providing the maximum yield possible. Our services also include re-boxing and re-labelling of the kit and shipping, if required. Also, REL has established an ecological audit program that is executed by our corporate internal audit organisation.
